About the Role The primary objective of the role is to work closely with the Motion business and GroupM trading teams, along with the GroupM FP&A Director, to create an efficient and effective FP&A function. The aim is to improve the forecasting and budgeting process by partnering with the business and relevant agencies, and develop a mechanism to provide key management information for GroupM’s senior management as well as the Management of the agencies/operating units that make up GroupM UK, in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities - To provide continuous improvement in the Group’s budgeting and forecasting process, along with
client profitability and net working capital analysis - Own the development and output of forecast and budget submissions
| - Develop management packs to identifying key metrics for analysis and assess results and
performance, including risks and opportunities, that allow senior management with strategic decision making
| - Create financial models which analyse current and past trends in key performance indicators
including all areas of revenue and operating expenditure | - Business partnering- working closely with budget holders, GroupM trading and agencies to collect
accurate and timely information to improve the quality of budgets and forecasts | - Work collaboratively and analytically with senior members of the Financial Reporting team,
commercial teams of the agencies, senior management and GroupM EMEA - Utilise Adaptive tool to further insights into financial data and forecasts

Essential: - Fully qualified accountant or equivalent (e.g., CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
| - Ability to interpret and manipulate data in a logical manner
| - Ability to concisely and clearly present information to financial and non-financial people
- Effective collaborator who is able to work with multiple stakeholders simultaneously
| - Workflow management, effective organisational and time management skills and ability to plan
and prioritise |
Desirable: - Previous knowledge of Cartesis/BFC
